Frequently asked

What citizens and pros ask us most

Yes, fully. Citizens pay nothing to report or follow up on a case. Any actual intervention is paid to the pro who comes on site, and their pricing is published on the platform.

Your report is automatically routed to the certified pro(s) covering your municipality. You receive an email confirmation and an update at each step (acceptance, scheduled intervention, case closed).

Report anyway — the data is kept and feeds our coverage map. The more pending reports in a municipality, the more pros decide to position themselves there. You can also write to us to suggest a local pro we can invite.

No. Anonymous reporting works without an account — an email address is all you need to receive follow-up. An account gives you access to your history and finer notifications, but is never required.

Nest data (location, photos, species) may be anonymously aggregated for administrations, for sanitary mapping. Your personal data (name, email, phone) is only shared with the pro handling the case, and only for its duration.
